cannot locate installerdata.xml ...please help

i mounted an image, and tried to install it, but i got this error

"Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools Lite\installerdata.xml'.

was my installation of the tools corrupt? i have tried to uninstall it and reinstall with no
luck. I cant install the program....any thoughts?
